I actually went home and read everything I could on Dillinger, Frichette and Purvis. It really didn’t bother me that Bale and Depp had only five minutes on screen together. I thought the film was beautiful and worth another viewing!

Re: Review: Public Enemies Delivers…Eventually

I liked the movie but it wasn't as good as I expected it to be. It is no where even close to being as good as Heat.

Re: Review: Public Enemies Delivers…Eventually

I'm not that familiar with the camera techniques (and specific cameras) you mentioned, but it did feel many times like I was watching a History Channel documentary with A-list actors, because of the way it was being shot.

Re: Review: Public Enemies Delivers…Eventually

For me, it felt like it had something missing. And i couldnt put my finger on it. Plus i thought (Before i knew it was originally going to be a mini series) that it would work better as a mini series. It genuinely would! Its good, and i would reccomend it. Its just not great
