I don't think Lucas really needs to milk the 'cow' that is Star Wars any longer. It's doubtful the guys at all short on pocket change tbh... I'd say it's more likely he's just bored and obviously hasn't managed to find anything better to occupy his time.
Whatever. It's certainly not what I want. Star Wars is "of it's time", and that is -- or was -- part of the charm.
