If Cofra spent a second of brain power on actually watching the movie instead of whining at the first sight of an obese character they would know the people, fat or not, are STILL looking back to Earth for life and in the end, the humans try to make things right.. It was the space life that caused problems not originally the obesity. The life in space, the company that owned the ship and it's way of handling the human's environment changed them.
